Duties include maintaining the district’s instructional computer systems, iPads, smartboards, and related instructional technology to include basic administration of the district network, updating the district help desk ticketing system daily, providing user support with a focus on system service, response to requests for technical assistance in accordance with district helpdesk policy, performing annual preventative maintenance where necessary, and maintaining the district technology inventory. Successful candidate should have a minimum of an associate’s degree in computer science, information technology or closely related field and experience in a similar position preferred. Strong communication skills are needed for training and assisting users. This position will remain open until filled.
This position is included in the Act 93 Administrative Support Agreement.
All mandated clearances, Physical and current TB test results are required prior to employment.
