Primary responsibilities are to support the high school office by providing outstanding customer service.
Applicant must possess excellent secretarial skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, school record databases/software, experience with processing purchase orders, ability to design/work with web pages and the Internet, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with students, parents, staff, and community members daily. Confidentiality is essential to the position. Previous school secretarial experience preferred.
All mandated clearances, TB test results and physical are required prior to employment.
